Yoga Therapy

Yoga is a complete and holistic science of well-being. Within a yoga therapy session we will use yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and other yogic tools to support with the recovery of mental and physical health concerns. Sessions vary and can be active or fully seated and sometimes clients even lie down for the full hour.

Yoga therapy sessions are held in my private yoga room, located on The Terrace, Wellington. A peaceful sanctuary tucked away in the middle of the city. The space is fully equiped with lush, organic yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, chairs and other props. All you need to do is take a deep exhale and show up.
