As an experienced positive psychology practitioner (MSc), I have worked with many organisations to introduce yoga and meditation into their workplace. It is important for employers to prioritise the wellness of their staff and to support staff with managing stress. Employees who are happy and healthy have higher engagement, reduced risk of burn-out and optimal performance and productivity.

There is plenty of research to show that introducing yoga and meditation to the workplace is an optimal way to support the well-being of staff and optimise company output. As a well-being expert and a passionate, highly qualified yoga and meditation teacher, I would love to offer my services to support your organisation.
