Private Yoga Lessons
I offer private yoga lessons one-to-one from my yoga room on The Terrace. These sessions are an opportunity for you to go deeper into your practice, focus on specific areas of development and/or address key issues or concerns. My style of teaching is embodied, gentle and uplifting with a focus on mindfulness, meditation and self-care. Private groups, special events (i.e. hen parties) and home visits can also be arranged on request.
My private yoga room is located at 39 The Terrace, and is a peaceful sanctuary tucked away in the middle of the city. The space is fully equiped with lush, organic yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, chairs and other props. All you need to do is take a deep exhale and show up.
