I will draw upon iRest meditation tools to guide you into a deeply relaxing and restorative meditative state while Subtle Essence sound healers, Rachel and Andres will play their magical, healing sounds.

This event will include the healing vibrations and musical tones of instruments from around the world including Himalayan singing bowls, Chinese wind gong, shamanic drums, North American flute and more.
