Each session varies depending on your own unique life circumstances and journey. However, common areas of focus include; finding clarity when it comes to your life’s purpose, navigating tumultuous/stressful times, working through big decisions and life changes, deepening your relationship with yourself, prioritising self-care, recognising and moving through blockages and limiting beliefs, accessing inner peace and calm amidst life’s stressors, living an optimal life and accessing happiness and joy daily.
Coaching sessions are 60 minutes long and take place from my therapy room in Wellington, NZ or online from anywhere in the world. The investment for one-to-one coaching with me is $180 NZD p/session with a full session included free when you pre-pay five sessions in advance.
