How to Make Changes to an Existing Appointment

If you have booked an appointment, and find that you need to make a change, the easiest solution is to reschedule your appointment using the links provided on your calendly notification email (or text if you have opted to receive texts). If you get stuck, please follow the directions below:

  1. Find your calendly notification in your email inbox or, as a text on your phone. You will have received a notification soon after the appointment was booked and also a reminder 24 hours before the session is due to commence.

  2. Included in the notification is information regarding my cancellation policy. Please familiarise yourself with this and note that charges will be incurred for late cancellations.

  3. Beneath the cancellation policy is an option for making changes to the appointment. Two links are available, one to reschedule and one to cancel. See below for an image of what this will look like:

4. If you select the link to reschedule it will take you to my booking system where you can re-book your appointment to an available time that suits you.

Please note that changes must be made on Calendly before the minimum notice periods to avoid charges and fees. If you are making changes out-of-hours or close to the minimum notice periods it is important that you follow the instructions above rather than simply sending an email.
